Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies:

1. No Returns

  • Cakes and baked goods cannot be returned once delivered or picked up.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if:
    • The wrong item was delivered
    • The product is significantly damaged upon delivery

3. Complaints

  • Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with clear evidence (photos).

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery/pickup.
  • Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
